Grand Design Download EP, Resonance FM radio session, future plans
The Grand Design EP is available to download from Burning Shed's download store - you need to register with the store (name/email), but it will cost you nothing. It features album track Magnetophon and the "single mix" of Electrolyte, in addition to two further tracks.
On Saturday 19th, The Resonance Association will drop into deXter Bentley's 'Hello GoodBye' show on Resonance FM (104.4 FM in Central London and online stream everywhere else) for a live session - tune in from midday.
Looking further ahead, Daniel and Dominic will be working on new material for The Resonance Association, as well as collaborating with other musicians on other projects. These collaborators include Mark Strange (jizz-MALFUNCTION, UN-e.l) and History Of Guns.
Dominic also plans to release some new The 3rd Fire pieces: working titles include "A Glimpse Of The Sun Through The Trees", "An Artist's Impression", "Buried In Black", "The Dreams & Nightmares".

TRA in Christmas issue of "The Mick"
Daniel and Dominic are interviewed in Christmas Special edition of The Mick, a free online magazine (which, unlike most, is in a handy printable PDF format). They, along with many other gothic bands and luminaries, are asked a set of Christmas themed questions. It's all for fun, and a highly entertaining read. Mick Mercer's review of Failure Of The Grand Design (online here) is likely to be featured in the next "proper" issue at the end of the year.

Last show of the year "definitely the loudest"
TRA employed "shock and awe" tactics last night for their final show of 2007. Playing a much heavier set than usual, the duo aired material exclusively from their Failure Of The Grand Design album. Speaking after the gig, Daniel commented "I've never played such a loud gig before, the engineer seemed to turn everything up to 11", at which point Dominic interjected "yeah, it's was excellent".
